The company experiences a recruitment boom with new employees joining all its offices, in New Jersey (USA), Watford (UK), Lisbon (Portugal), Haifa and Netanya (Israel). The second quarter of 2015 also saw PNMsoft striking a strategic alliance with global SI Tech Mahindra, to offer superior Customer Experiences (CX) in key verticals.

PNMsoft CEO, Gal Horvitz, highlights:

We’re ecstatic that our hard work and efforts produce such great results. Topping our amazing Q1 2015 results is a fantastic achievement for us, and helps us look into the future with excitement and growing ambitions.

Horvitz continues,

Several factors are driving this growth: our customers' needs to comply with ever changing market regulations, their desire to improve CX through innovation, and the reduction in the cost of transaction for their mission-critical processes. Our unique technology and methodology help them address these challenges. We’re delighted to welcome world-recognized brands from North America and Europe into the PNMsoft family.

In addition to acquiring new business, PNMsoft is seeing existing customers expand the use of its BPM suite, Sequence, for additional functions within their organization. Increasingly, clients are relying on Sequence for change-sensitive, core areas of their business.

BPM has grown to encompass many clusters of functionality, beyond just process

explains Adrian Cole, PNMsoft Director of Operations.

We’re now seeing global enterprises place Sequence at the heart of their business operations.
